For Adults:
Over the years I've run workshops on campuses for groups ranging from 4 to 400. These have included: New York University, Pace University, Columbia University and The New Jersey Institute of Technology. In addition, I teach a Human Sexuality class at Brooklyn College & Rutgers Newark.

I can bring a variety of interactive educational and fun workshops on sexuality, relationships and health to your campus, organization or home. For more traditional settings I am also a skilled lecturer and presenter.

Safer Sex 101 A great sex overview! Everything you ever wanted to know about sex, safety and satisfaction. The session will clear up myths and give important information on protecting yourself while enhancing pleasure and communication.

Body Basics Heard about the G-Spot, but not quite sure where it is? Not really sure how to find that mysterious prostate? Clitoris not doing what you thought it would? This workshop covers the basic anatomy they seem to skip over in biology class and offers tips for increasing sexual pleasure.

Healthy Relationships and Dating in One Easy Workshop  'nuf said.

Sex Toys and Tips Toys are demonstrated in a hands-on pants-on fashion. Finding the right toy for you and care and feeding of your toy are all covered.

Ohhhh...Orgasm? Orgasms can be mind blowing, fantastic, powerful and all too often, elusive. Ohhhh�Orgasm? offers pointers on everything from making yourself come, to helping a partner do the same and identifying & intensifying orgasms.

For Teens:
I currently teach junior high and high school health education. I have also run workshops on health and sex ed. around the NYC area at places like the Harvey Milk High School, the Harlem Educational Alliance Fund, Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, the Trinity School and the Packer School.

All workshops are interactive and fun! Workshops include games, answer questions and provide resources.

The Basics and Beyond This workshop covers everything from surviving puberty to anatomy, pregnancy prevention, safer sex, not having sex and healthy decision making. The basics and beyond is a great sex ed. overview.

Puberty Predicaments A more detailed look at the specific changes that come with puberty and how to survive them. Tips on talking to parents and health care providers are provided.

LGBTQ FAQ An interactive workshop addressing sexual orientation, homophobia, diversity and being an ally.

STI FYI Information on sexually transmitted infections, prevention, risk reduction, safer sex and the decision not to have sex.

Healthy Relationships and Dating in One Easy Workshop Contrary to popular belief teens can be victims of unhealthy relationships and dating violence.  This workshops helps teens identify the signs of an unhealthy situation and provides resources for getting help if necessary.

Pregnancy Predicaments America has the highest teen pregnancy rate in the western world--twice as high as Canada, eight times as high as many European countries and 17 times as high as Japan. This workshop covers safer sex, birth control, choosing not to have sex, options for dealing with an unintended pregnancy and emergency contraception.
